Set up the oxygen clinic, developed CBT for COPD, established a home ventilation service that integrates with the acute ventilation service (that I am clinical lead for) and developed public health initiatives.  I frequently educate especially in primary care.  In secondary care I have established multidisciplinary asthma clinics and expanded the range of pulmonary investigations (eg flight assessment), written local bronchieotosis pathway and established a plural service involving real time ultrasound drainage and fully integrated into lung cancer services.
