Tour of Strines Sportive
Sunday 17th September 2017
The Tour of Strines is one of the toughest 50-mile races in the UK.
The non-competitive ride is based at Bradfield and is notoriously hard of even the most experienced riders. With only just over 50 miles in distance, but with 27 unique recognised climbs, comprising over 8,000ft of climbing, this isn’t a ride for the faint-hearted.
The route covers the same stretch which was used in the 2014 Tour de France as well as the Tour of Britain and Milk Race.
The Strines Valley is a picturesque area which is filled with enchanting lands, steep climbs and single lane tracks.
All proceeds will be donated to the Sheffield Children’s Hospital, for details on how to enter, please visit www.britishcycling.org.uk/events/details/152894/Sheffrec-Tour-of-Strines
